Employee Support Advisor needed in Sydney strong stakeholder engagement skills and passion for improvement.
Your new company
This opportunity is with a Sydney employer of choice who have a reputation for outstanding standards in their field. The established team are experienced and dedicated to service delivery with process improvements being brought in to support the achievement of their strategic goals. This is a permanent role with a salary of $115,000+Super.

Your new role
A true generalist role, this position will see you supporting the day to day operations of the business. You will be the key point of contact for Line Management enquires and will provide advise on all people related matters including:
  • Provide advice and support to leaders and team members around best practice relating to people matters with strong emphasis on performance management matters and workplace investigations and ensuring outcomes are within policies and legislation.
  • Create content and deliver regular information sessions to leaders to build knowledge & capability around core HR processes and best practice.
  • Generate, analyse and prepare people related reports and insights as requested by the HR team / business leaders
  • Balance day to day execution of operational work in a fast-paced environment while also delivering on people and compliance initiatives to ensure a high level of service is delivered to the business
What you'll need to succeed
The right candidate will be an experienced Employee advisor specialist. You will have excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail. You must be able to work in a fast paced and ever-changing environment, with the ability to manage various priorities across HR team.
