Digital Lending Specialist

Your new role In this role you will be responsible for helping members achieve their home ownership goals who interact virtually or through non face to face means. You will:
- Implement residential financing and consumer solutions through an exceptional service
- Assess and evaluate the best suited solutions to customer's needs and requirements
- Take ownership of the relationship from lead to settlement, building trust and confidence throughout
- Be directly responsible for the provision of credit assistance
- Adhere to all regulator requirements and company processes
What you'll need to succeed - Proven experience within mortgage lending with a proven track record in exceeding targets
- High level of initiative, a fast learner and a helpful attitude
- Tier 2 accreditation and/or Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage broking
- An effective communicator who works proactively and shows initiative
- You will be member centric with a passion for what you do and for working in a close knit team
- Someone who wants to succeed and will enjoy a fun, fast paced, high-performance culture
