Our client is a global company operating in 74 companies world wide. They are looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team.

This role is paying a competitive annual salary and this is a great opportunity for someone who is driven by working in a fast pased environment.

You will be providing Level 1 and Level 2 support across hardware and software issues within the Windows and Microsoft technologies. Sound experience and knowledge across these technologies is a non negotiable.

To be suitable you will have:
  • You must be eligible to work in Australia (minimum PR)
  • 2-3 years experience in a Service Desk Analyst environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience/knowledge with Microsoft technologies and Windows environments, MS Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills and be able to work with various stakeholders and update management
  • The ability to be flexible and adaptable. There will be times where scenarios and issues arise suddenly and you will have to solve them on the spot
