The purpose of this roe is to manage the documentation of processes, planning and training collateral, to oversee Risk and Compliance related activities and to support the seamless communication between Digital Platforms and stakeholders across Allianz Australia.

You'll be responsible for

• Working closely with the Digital Managers to implement processes across Digital and ensure timely and consistent delivery.
• Leading continuous improvement initiatives to ensure ongoing team efficiency.
• Defining and developing project sizing and service level agreements.
• Working with the project teams to set up briefing sessions, creative reviews, internal reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
• Tracking and managing resources and business as usual tasks using JIRA.
• Source required estimates for projects to ensure the most cost-efficient solution and review and approve all estimates from agencies.

About you

• Significant experience in digital operations/traffic management role, gained in a complex, matrixed corporate/financial services environment.
• Demonstrated evidence of successfully leading and delivering projects on time and time within budget.
• Ability to partner and collaborate effectively with stakeholders to establish strong professional relationships and influence outcomes.
• Pays high attention to detail by completing tasks with thoroughness and accuracy.
• Significant experience in developing and implementing internal processes and procedures based on requirements and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• Highly developed 'first principles' problem-solving skills combined with a curious and creative mindset.
