Thisopportunity will mainly support the Head of Compliance for Australia & NZ aswell as providing ad hoc project and administrative support to the localleadership group. This role will suit a self-motivatedindividual who enjoys performing a broad range of administrative tasks, beingpart of a team as well as working independently.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Overseeingand working closely with the team assistant to manage the office administrationresponsibilities for the department
  • Diary and email management for the head and leadershipteams and with presentation decks including formatting
  • Coordinating and preparing draft ComplianceReports for various monthly and quarterly management meetings, committees andboards, ensuring completion and submission in a timely manner
  • Coordinating both domestic and internationaltravel, department projects and training and expense and account administration
  • Overseeing administrative responsibilitiesincluding; IT liaison, business continuity planning, room booking, arrangingteleconference facilities as required and event Management
  • Liaison with external audit, includingcollation of requests for information and maintenance of breach registers


To be successful, you willneed:
  • Between 8 and 10 years' experience as an administrator in a large corporate environment or banking industry
  • Must have or be able to quickly acquire knowledge of departmental structure, department policies and procedures
  • Computer literacy in all Microsoft applications at intermediate to advanced level and excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Experience in delivering exceptional customer service and being a team player in close partnership with other team members across the business
  • Has the ability to work well under pressure and grasp concepts quickly, strong work ethics, and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent organizational ability in order to set priorities, organize workload, handle multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
