Opportunity for a Company Secretary with a minimum of 2 years experience in ASX listed settings. Your new company
This market leading professional services company operates across the APAC region and services the corporate needs of an impressive list of ASX listed companies. Your new role
Working in a sizeable team of other company secretarial professionals, you will be required to take on a small portfolio of ASX listed companies as Company Secretary. With the support of more junior team members, you will be responsible for all company secretarial duties including:
What you'll need to succeed
- preparation and lodgments of all relevant regulatory notices (eg with ASIC and ASX);
- drafting of minutes, agendas, resolutions, circulars, board packs;
- attending all requisite Board meetings and Committee meetings;
- providing general corporate governance advice on matters such as the ASX Listing Rules and continuous disclosure obligations.
You must have a minimum of 2 years previous experience as an Assistant Company Secretary or Company Secretary within an ASX listed company that extends to providing corporate governance advice at Board meetings. You must also be able to demonstrate an ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise tasks effectively. In addition, you will have strong stakeholder engagement capabilities and excellent minute taking skills. What you'll get in return
