Your new company You will be working for an established brand that offers customised holistic advice to a range of clients. This is a company that is dedicated to supporting the financial needs of their clients and helping to provide financial certainty. They are looking for a Client Services Officer to join their team.
Your new role - Providing support to the Financial Advisers across preparing financial advice documents, onboarding new clients and being the client point of contact
- Assisting with the implementation of advice documents across a range of advice topics including Insurance where you will be dealing with Underwriters, new business teams' alterations and quotes
- Ensuring that the advice documents meet the compliance standards
- Ad-hoc administrative tasks
What you'll need to succeed - An RG146 or Diploma of Financial planning are advantageous
- Experience as a Client Services Officer within Financial Planning is essential
- Knowledge of the implementation of advice documents covering advice topics including insurance and superannuation
- Previous experience using XPLAN
- A high attention to detail, deadline driven, and exceptional communications skills are essential
