CIB - Presentation Specialist - Sydney

We are currently seeking a Presentation Specialistto join our pitch and presentation support team who provide a dedicated serviceto ensure documents/presentations are highly professional, accurate and presenta consistent J.P. Morgan format globally. You will be responsible for creating pitches, document and graphics in afast paced environment where customer service and attention to details isvital. This role can broaden to additionalresponsibilities including training and being involved in specialized globalprojects.

Your keyresponsibilities will include:
  • Accuratelycreating or enhancing client pitch books and presentations using MicrosoftOffice Suite and in-house software, within the allocated timeframe in line withspecific formatting and layout standards
  • Advisingbankers on layout, colors and design of pitch books and best output for print
  • Overseeingany discrepancies or areas of ambiguity in client data and seek appropriateguidance as directed (contact banker, front desk etc.)
  • Someadvanced graphics/design work (such as client covers, client templates,e-invites, posters, etc.)
  • Utilizinginternal workflow processing tool - locally, regionally and globally
  • Participatingin global initiatives such as document audit process, systems testing, etc. andadhere to department and company procedures and policies
  • Workingwith global offshore teams and providing support as needed
  • Bankertraining on MS suite and in-house software and adhoc admin duties, as well asworking closely with manager to ensure smooth day to day running of thedepartment

To besuccessful you will need:
  • Advancedknowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
  • At least5 years in desktop publishing, word processing, document formatting isessential
  • Workingknowledge of Adobe Acrobat and Adobe CC software (InDesign, Photoshop,Illustrator)
  • Exceptionalattention to detail with solid written and verbally communications skills andthe ability to articulate succinctly
  • Can doattitude, strong time management skills and proven ability to effectivelyproduce work and prioritise workload and meet demands in a high pressurizedenvironment
  • Exceptionalclient focus and commitment to continuously improving client satisfaction andquality, productivity and timeliness of all GCFO services as well as his/herown work, proven ability to build relationships with internal senior stakeholdersand colleagues
  • Must beflexible towards working hours - i.e. cover evening shift position duringannual leave periods
