Looking for a Business Analyst for a 3-month contract to work remotelyThe role will assist in supporting our client with implementing changes to their MS Dynamics CRM. Exposure to this system is ideal. They have a Dynamics developer who makes all the changes in the system, so the Business Analysis role will be there to represent the business needs and work with the developer to make it happen.
We are looking for the following skills:

Have an understanding of how Microsoft Dynamics is used

Be able to read and update documentation on the proposed changes

Testing the changes to ensure everything is working as planned

Assist with data migration with the CRM developer

Write a user guide using CRM

Help assist with staff training on using the CRM

Able to work remotely

You must be an Australian Citizen, permanent resident or have a valid working visa living in Australia.
Salary is from $100K+ and is negotiable pending on skills and qualifications plus Superannuation and excellent benefits.
Available to start ASAP.
