Join a well-established organisation undergoing a period of service improvement and operational review. With a strong focus on customer outcomes and continuous improvement, the organisation is seeking an experienced Business Improvement professional to partner with stakeholders across the business and identify opportunities to enhance service delivery, efficiency and operational effectiveness.
Your new role
As the Business Improvement Specialist, you will work closely with a range of business units to conduct service reviews, facilitate workshops, gather and analyse information, and develop practical recommendations for improvement. You will engage with stakeholders at all levels, review customer-facing and operational processes, support organisational improvement initiatives, and help drive better customer and business outcomes.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience delivering business improvement, continuous improvement, service review or transformation initiatives.Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, with the confidence to lead workshops and discussions with diverse business groups.
Experience analysing processes, identifying issues and developing improvement recommendations.
Ability to gather and synthesise information from multiple sources and produce clear reports, findings and recommendations.
Strong operational mindset with the ability to balance business needs with customer outcomes.
