Join a leading organisation undertaking a large-scale Microsoft 365 (Horizon) transformation program. This is a critical initiative focused on modernising collaboration and productivity platforms across the business, requiring strong delivery support to ensure quality outcomes.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving strong UAT outcomes across the testing lifecycle
- Leading and coordinating testers to deliver against program timelines
- Ensuring compliance and effective utilisation of Azure DevOps (ADO)
- Managing test case design, execution, and governance
- Monitoring and reporting on overall test progress, risks, and outcomes
- Running daily defect triage sessions and managing issues through to resolution
- Providing clear and concise reporting to senior stakeholders
- Supporting alignment across business analysis, reporting, and delivery teams
- Driving continuous improvement and efficiency across the programme
- Proven experience delivering UAT within Microsoft 365 deployments
- Strong hands-on expertise in Azure DevOps (ADO), Power BI, and Excel
- Demonstrated experience managing test cycles, defects, and reporting frameworks
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation skills
- Confidence in facilitating meetings, workshops, and engaging senior stakeholders
- Ability to operate effectively within fast-paced, complex program environments
- Immediate start on a high-profile transformation program
