Your new company
This established Australian bank pride themselves in great value products, delivering convenient services and treating each customer as the individual person they are. They are currently recruiting for an experienced Branch Manager for one their Hunter Valley branches.
Your new role
As a Branch Manager you will be responsible for managing your own branch. You will have have full accountability for sales, service and compliance and will manage your own lending portfolio. You will be driving a high performance culture promoting internal leads and cross sell between staff. You will be responsible for all recruitment, training and development of the team. You will be working closely with senior management to execute successful sales strategies while maintaining credit quality.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this role you require a strong background in retail lending and people leadership. You will have a strong knowledge of home loans and credit. You will have a proven track record in developing high performing teams and creating a positive working environment. You will have a passion for developing staff and delivering exceptional customer service. You will be an effective communicator who is not afraid to get involved in day to day tasks.
