CMC Markets are hiring! We are currently recruiting for a Bookings Administrator to join our Business Operations department on a permanent basis. This role will be based onsite in our Barangaroo office

Role The purpose of the role is to deal with the administrative matters that affect front office (dealers), back office (scrip, accounts, client service) and internet order management system of the Stockbroking business. This role ensures a separation of duties for example dealers not booking out own trades; and reduces the risk that may arise from incorrect booking or trade errors.
Responsibilities - Adhering to ASX and ASIC MIR (market integrity rules)
- ETO trade allocation and rebooking in DCA
- Manage any discrepancies with online bookings reconciliation, checking regularly throughout the day
- Manage all un-booked trades in unallocated trades
- Enter Macquarie Wrap and other OMGEO using institutional client trades into OMGEO CTM at end of trade day
- Notify dealers of any errors or anomalies that exist with trades
- Rebooking and cancelation of contract notes, for example incorrect brokerage charged or multiple contract notes generated for EOD accounts
- Allocate and book all suspense bookings for Partners and institutional clients; create bookings in IOS and submit ETCs
- Create IPO bookings as they are submitted
- Print and fold contract notes through machine
- Create manual international trades as they are required
- Manage trade bookings in BNP Neo-link system
- Monitor Errors accounts and update Hi-tec
- Read and comply with CMC policies and procedures as they relate to your employment.
- Complete all mandatory compliance training.
Please note that we operate onsite working and would require you to come into our Barangaroo office 5 days per week. Key Skills And Experience - Client services experience
- Previous experience in Stockbroking administration role
- Knowledge of GBST systems
- Knowledge of IRESS IOS (desirable but not essential)
- Knowledge of OMEGO CTM (desirable but not essential)
- Ability to work under pressure within required timeframes
- RG146 accreditation (desirable but not essential)
