Chubb Insurance Australia & New Zealand is seeking a strategic and innovative B2B Integrated Marketing Manager, who will develop and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to drive engagement with tens of thousands of insurance brokers throughout Australia & New Zealand.
This role will work across Chubb's business segments (small business, middle market and large account) with a focus on Chubb's property & casualty insurance solutions (e.g. small business package, cyber insurance, financial lines) distributed via our technology platforms and state-based distribution/sales teams.
The B2B Integrated Marketing Manager will be a key marketing business partner, translating product, segment and distribution business plans into highly effective broker communications and experiences to nurture and deliver both marketing-qualified leads and sales-qualified leads.

Your Responsibilities
  • Build and deliver an annual marketing plan and integrated marketing activities to support the growth of Chubb's P&C portfolio with brokers.
  • Using both digital and traditional tactics, drive broker and buyer awareness, education and preference to do more business with Chubb via branch distribution field teams and the Chubb-based technology platforms.
  • Using data from across the business (operational, service, sales etc), identify marketing opportunities to grow Chubb's business with brokers driving awareness, consideration, new business, cross-selling and renewals.
  • Develop and lead integrated activities that will enhance the performance of broker segments, the broker service experience, broker communications and overall engagement with Chubb. Activities may span a wide range of marketing channels including sales collateral, webinars, events, sponsorships, advertising, PR, educational forums, email communications, digital campaigns, social media campaigns and Chubb branded broker experiences.
  • Drive innovation in B2B Integrated Marketing approaches, regularly bringing and piloting best practices from outside category and/or outside markets.
  • Translate complex product and/or service messages into easy and compelling broker (or buyer) centric communications and content that builds trust, understanding and likelihood to take action (find out more/ sign up/get a quote etc)
  • Working with Distribution and broker marketing teams/senior management, identify opportunities develop c0-branded campaigns, conferences and digital content within a Broker's own channels.
  • Deploy broker research to build a better understanding of broker and/or end-buyer needs. Drive these research programmes with business as required, analysing and interpreting findings in order to drive more effective marketing & communication strategies and personas
  • Support Chubb's program of industry conferences and/or thought leadership with digital content and integrated experiences
  • Work with distribution to design customer experiences aligned to brand strategy and target segment needs
  • Brief and manage creative agencies and/or other agency partners
  • Determine the appropriate allocation of marketing budgets and resources to amplify sales-teams' efforts to strengthen relationships with distribution partners

Qualifications

Your Skills & Experience
  • University degree in Marketing, Communications or related discipline
  • Comfortable navigating complex business and transactional data, MarTech and CRM platforms
  • Track record of developing highly impactful business-to-business brand, marketing and communication activities in a commercially focused, fast paced environment
  • At least 8 years' experience in either the Financial Services or Insurance, with brand, product or channel marketing experience
  • Potentially 1-2 years' experience working within distribution, key account management and/or sales
  • Effective communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills capable of dealing with all levels of an organisation
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
