About the role

You will join the Delivery team as an Associate Delivery Consultant and support a team of high performing consultants across key client accounts. You will recruit IT staff for some of Australia's best brands and launch a long-term career working for a specialist recruitment consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Telephone based resourcing of suitable candidates on behalf of the consulting team(s)
• Name and lead generation of potential candidates using referrals, resourcing candidates from websites and innovative telephone research techniques
• Key candidate relationship building, maintenance and development via phone and email etc.
• Candidate management from initial contact to interview
• Tracking all contact and lead generation on database
