Accounts Payable Officer | Permanent | Sydney CBD

We're partnering with an organisation to recruit an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join their finance team on a permanent basis. This role would be positioned within a collaborative finance function and is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career while working closely with senior finance leaders.

The Role
Reporting directly to Senior Leadership, your responsibilities will include:
- End-to-end Accounts Payable processing
- High-volume invoice processing and supplier payments
- Dealing with international suppliers and foreign currency payments
- Supplier statement reconciliations and query resolution
- Maintaining accurate vendor records
- Assisting with month-end Accounts Payable activities
- Supporting the wider finance team as required
About You
To be successful, you'll have:
- Previous end-to-end Accounts Payable experience within a high-volume environment
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel skills
- Experience using accounting systems (AP21 experience highly regarded)
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Australian Citizenship, Permanent Residency or an unrestricted Partner Visa
