Your new role
As the Principal/Lead Architect, you will be at the helm of their technology strategy for Asset Management and Operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Crafting and managing long-term technology roadmaps.
- Identifying and defining architectural and technological opportunities.
- Leading governance forums to ensure consistent application of architecture principles.
- Championing innovation within the technology and utilities sectors.
- Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Providing strategic architecture recommendations for business processes and information management.
- A degree in Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Extensive IT and technical leadership experience, particularly as an Enterprise or Solution Architect.
- Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in the industry.
- Deep understanding of operations in distribution and transmission networks.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to translate business needs into technological requirements.
