Our client is looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to provide excellent support to their Partners.
Your new company
An incredible opportunity has risen for an experienced Personal Assistant to work with a locally established Accounting firm. They aim to provide excellent service through the real, on-going and hands-on contact clients have with their Partners from start to finish.

Your new role
This role entails providing exceptional administrative support to two Partners. Your other duties will also include:
  • Managing the diaries and emails of your Partners
  • Preparing client meetings and functions
  • Planning of travel and accommodation
  • Liaising with clients - including on-boarding and reporting
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks and billing
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role and a background in Accounting would be desirable. To be considered, you must:
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Be IT proficient with Microsoft Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Be able to work independently and take initiative when necessary
  • Have strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external clients
