My client is seeking an energetic Personal Assistant to join their fast-paced team in Perth. Your new company
A well-known global and diversified company specialising in a range of services that aims to provide solutions to complex problems is seeking a unique individual to join their people-powered business.

Your new role
Part of your role will involve dealing with four partners within the Financial Advisory sector. This is an essential role consisting of various administrative responsibilities which will include, but not limited to:
  • Managing the diaries of your Partners and providing support
  • Preparing client meetings, functions and events - sourcing of suppliers etc.
  • Planning of travel and accommodation
  • Aiding with client marketing proposals and presentations
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience in a similar role is not essential but will be advantageous. To be successful in this role, other contributing factors about you must also include:
  • Have strong work ethics with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Be driven and take initiative when necessary
  • Be able to work autonomously as well as enjoy being in a team
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders
What you'll get in return
