Our well known and highly regarded client based in Perth is currently partnering with Hays to recruit a permanent In-House Legal Counsel.
Your new role
Reporting to the Senior Legal Counsel you will be responsible for, but not limited to;
- Providing legal advice and support across a wide range of commercial and corporate matters.
- Negotiating and drafting commercial contracts;
- Advising business on the resolution of commercial disputes;
- Degree qualified in Law, with current practising certificate.
- 3-5 years PAE either within a law firm or in-house legal position.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide legal advice to a wide range of Senior Managers and Executives.
- High attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- A salary in the range of $120,000 upto $140,000 + super (dependent on relevant experience).
- Flexible working arrangement following completion of the probation period, plus additional company benefits.
