HR Business Partner for Diverse Group of Businesses Your new company
A group of businesses with centralised HR services, supporting a variety of industries and investments. Your new role
Looking after a portfolio of around 300 white collar professionals, this role will focus on providing coaching and advice to your stakeholders. You will look into current processes, policies and procedures, making improvements where applicable and implementing changes. You will support the organisation with ongoing growth plans and the HR strategies surrounding that, such as workforce planning, employee engagement and retention. You will work closely with operational HR Advisors with any complex employee relations matters, and act as a subject matter expert within this space. You will be confident with coaching senior leaders but also have the ability to roll up your sleeves in order to assist the team where needed. What you'll need to succeed
A qualified and experienced HR professional who has exposure to the end to end employee life cycle. You will be a confident and knowledgeable practitioner who can build relationships and rapport quickly, and have the ability to communicate effectively. You will be solutions driven, seeking opportunities to improve on processes along the way as well as manage high volumes of work during busy periods. What you'll get in return
