Business Support Consultant

We are looking for customer service professionals to join our Business Support Team on a full time basis!

As a member of the Business Support Team, you will assist in the transition of our Bankwest Business Banking customers to CommBank, and also assist customers with their day to day business banking needs. You will play a vital role in ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

The Business Support Consultant role is an inbound, phone based position. As a Consultant in our team you will be the first point of contact for our customers, dedicated to ensuring a positive experience. Your commitment to quality service will drive smooth transitions, resolve queries and enhance customer satisfaction.

Following the transition of Bankwest customers to CommBank, you will be responsible for assisting our CommBank Business Banking customers with their day to day banking needs.

This role is full time based at our Perth office. Initially the roster will span Monday - Saturday, however following the transition the roster will require some shift work.

Full training will be provided for this role.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to our Business Bank customers.
• Resolve queries promptly as the initial point of contact.
• Understand the Bankwest to CommBank transition process and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Provide timely and accurate responses using appropriate channels.
