Your new role
As Senior Business Analyst, you will work closely with the Program Manager and key business stakeholders and the IT division. Your role will involve performing requirements elicitation and validation of business and system requirements for a range of solutions that will be implemented as part of this program. You will collaborate with technical team members to translate business requirements into functional specifications to ensure the proposed solutions meet business needs. Additionally, you will identify and analyse current business processes and develop future state processes that align with the newly implemented solutions. You will also be involved in change and adoption initiatives, including the development of training and supporting documentation, in collaboration with key stakeholders, IT, and vendor partners. You will be integral to supporting broader project needs through strong stakeholder management, risk and issues management and user acceptance testing.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as Senior Business Analyst with experience supporting systems implementations and upgrades, particularly around CRMs, CMS and E-Commerce solutions.
- Strong skills in end-to-end business analysis, from requirement gathering through to testing and adoption support.
- Knowledge of change management practices and prior experience supporting user adoption.
- Thorough understanding of process mapping, including the development of future-state processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with all levels of the business.
