Your new organisation is a registered service provider of disability and youth services across Victoria. A vacancy has arisen for a Talent Manager in either a temporary or permanent capacity to join the team on a full-time basis. Your new role
Your new role will see you manage a team of 4 volume recruiters, as well as perform end-to-end recruitment for a variety of Head Office roles. Your personal recruitment volume will be between 2-10 roles at a time. You will also be responsible for the development and implementation of the recruitment strategy and empowering your team to work to achieve it. What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you must have prior recruitment experience and have managed a small team. Ideally, you will have performed a similar role specifically looking after head office or specialised roles, in order to have a good understanding of the variety of positions, and the importance of understanding the brief. You will have excellent stakeholder management skills, as well as an ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
You will be adept at developing strategies relating to talent and acquisition, be a forward-thinker, and creative in your ability to use the tools available to you. What you'll get in return
In return, you'll be offered the opportunity to work in a well-known organisation within the disability industry, working with a capable HR team of 12 and with a group of engaged stakeholders. We are open to both temporary and permanent contracts, and your salary will reflect your prior experience, around $100k-$110k + super, however those with more experience will also be considered.
