Your New Role

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, management and coordination of the outcomes delivered by the Digital team including acting as the team Scrum Master.

Your responsibilities include aligning business and technology driven demands with the capacity within the team and wider teams if necessary.

Some of your responsibilities include:
  • Leading Delivery - Translating goals into tangible technology outcomes on Digital platforms, implementing standard methodology and performing/prioritising work to an agreed time and schedule
  • Team Leadership - People management including recruitment (in collaboration with our in house Talent Acquisition team), training and daily management of a small team of Tech BAs, work allocation and developing team members
  • Stakeholder Engagement - Build and maintain relationships with internal and external (Vendors) and influence to create buy-in and gain trust while achieving quality outcomes for the business and members

How do you exceed our expectations?

You have a passion for delivering innovative and customer-centric solutions using Agile methodologies and will bring current knowledge and future vision of leveraging technology in business model design and business process re-engineering to this role.

In addition, you will have:
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading agile delivery teams in a complex and dynamic environment;
  • Demonstrated people leading skills to develop and motivate team members;
  • Strong knowledge of agile frameworks and tools such as Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence, etc. ;
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills;
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities, and manage multiple tasks and projects effectively; and
  • A customer-centric mindset and a passion for delivering value and quality.
