Sit within the Experience Design function of the Digital & CX team who are a small, cross-discipline design practice that combines Service, UX & UI skillsets to consult and collaborate closely with the wider organisation.

The role

As a senior design practitioner your main role is to lead discovery and design of exceptional digital experiences and services for our Retirement Products. You will collaborate with business stakeholders throughout UniSuper to understand their problem space and work closely with cross-functional delivery teams to ideate and prototype solutions. You will also be responsible for, however not limited to

• Leading design activities for cross-functional teams and business stakeholders
• Collaborating with our CX research team to source and analyse quantitative and qualitative research to synthesise meaningful insights and behavioural patterns
• Developing thoughtful, user-centric digital solutions from concept & research phases
• Create interactive prototypes for user-testing activities

About you

An experienced service and product design professional with a strategic mindset, you excel at working independently while guiding stakeholders through the design process. Your passion for every aspect of the design lifecycle, combined with your adaptability and empathy, enables you to build strong working relationships-an essential quality for this role. Coupled with the following will ensure your success

• Finance, Financial Planning, Healthcare, Insurance, Aged-Care or Disability Services industry experience highly desirable
• Leader of innovative change that delivers outcomes and value
• Proficiency in Figma, in both design and prototyping
• Prior experience in iOS & Android app development, and Sitecore and Angular websites, though not essential, would be well-regarded
