How you'll make an impact

You will be responsible for using data to extract and subsequently communicate meaningful business insights related to adviser and client satisfaction with the North wealth administration platform. These insights will be used to drive informed decision-making to improve the overall satisfaction level of advisers and clients.
  • Lead the development and maintenance of an adviser satisfaction propensity model that attempts to predict client and adviser satisfaction levels by identify key drivers of satisfaction.
  • Lead the data insights work to support the development of an adviser persona & behavioural segmentation model using all available data from inside and outside the organisation.
  • Support digital product managers & UX designer with insights & recommendations to understand and prioritise new features/ enhancements
    • Collaborate with product managers and other business stakeholders to understand clients and adviser opportunities or problem statement
    • Conduct data analysis across client behaviours using all available data sources (digital, transactional, call centre, communications, workflow etc)
    • Translate data findings into actionable insights that supports the functional enhancements
  • Define and conduct ongoing reporting of objectives and key results (OKR) for platform project initiatives
    • Work with the product owners to understand OKR
    • Conduct data analysis to understand current state measures
    • Regular reporting and presentation of OKR to leadership team and broader project delivery squads
    • What's driving the trends
  • Review market data and other industry research reports and summarise insights
  • Key business owner of the Platform business analytics tools and data store definitions. Provide recommendations on best practice and stay abreast of the latest tools and trends.
  • Provide regular reporting on adviser and client behaviours and trends, visualised through tools such as PowerBI
  • Support the broader platform leadership team and business (including sales distribution, marketing, product) with general business reporting and analysis

What you will bring to the team

Ideally, you will bring the following experiences to this role:
  • 5+ years relevant experience
  • Degree in related field (eg Financial & Business, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering or a related field)
  • Preferred experience in wealth management with and or advice industry (not mandatory)
  • Preferred proficiency in programming languages such as Python or SQL
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with large datasets
  • Excellent communication skills to convey insights effectively
  • Acts autonomously on most decisions
  • Applies strong understanding of a specialised discipline and basic to intermediate understanding of other disciplines
  • Applies competent understanding of own Sub-Division and Division, the overall Group and its competitive environment
  • Advanced understanding of functional area and a competent understanding of the overall firm and competitive environment
  • Provides input into new products, processes, standards or business plans in support of BU/Group strategy, with some impact on results for a division
  • Applies intermediate technical capability within some areas of a line of business/function within a BU
  • Analyses difficult problems and issues; and improves or modifies existing methods and processes in own work area
