The opportunity: As a result of continued growth, we are looking for an experienced bookkeeper to join our Melbourne team. You will be part of a high performing, knowledgeable team who are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
In this role you will be responsible for preparing financial reports, preparing weekly payments, contribute to monthly reporting and much more.
You will be responsible for: - Oversee accounts payable and receivable reconciliations. - Preparation of financial reports (balance sheet, profit and loss). - Manage payroll processing - Bank and general ledger account reconciliations. - Preparation of BAS returns. - Respond to internal / external client enquiries in a timely manner.
About you: - 5+ years of bookkeeping experience working across different clients - Qualificationin Bookkeeping - Experience with MYOB and/or XERO - Strong working knowledge of Excel - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Attention to detail with a high accuracy of data entry - High level of organisation
