Job Overview:

As a analyst you will play a crucial role in the investment process, including identifying, performing company valuations, and executing aquisitions. You will work closely with Directors and receive support from your peers and manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Investment Analysis: Conduct detailed financial analysis, including valuation modeling, financial statement analysis, and due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Market Research: Perform industry and market research to identify emerging trends, competitive landscapes, and potential investment targets.
• Deal Execution: Assist in the preparation of investment memoranda, presentations, and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Portfolio Management: Support the monitoring and evaluation of portfolio companies, including financial performance tracking and strategic initiatives.
• Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members on deal structuring, negotiations, and execution of transactions.
• Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports and recommendations to senior management and investment committees.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field. 
• Experience: 1-3 years of experience in private equity, investment banking, management consulting, or a related field.
• Skills: Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a solid understanding of financial statements and valuation techniques.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with private equity investment processes, market research, and industry trends.
• Personal Attributes: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential.
