We're partnering with a well-established human services organisation undergoing organisational change and transformation. This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future workforce and people strategy of a growing organisation.
Reporting directly to the CEO and COO, you'll step into a highly visible role, providing strategic and operational HR support while leading critical organisational change initiatives.
The Opportunity
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supporting organisational restructures and workforce change initiatives
- Partnering with executives and senior leaders to implement change programs
- Providing expert advice across employee relations and industrial relations matters
- Supporting award interpretation, reclassifications and workforce compliance
- Developing and reviewing position descriptions and organisational structures
- Coaching leaders through complex people matters
- Driving best-practice HR processes and frameworks
- Contributing to broader strategic workforce planning initiatives
About You
We're looking for a confident, people forward, warm and commercially minded HR professional who can balance strategic thinking with operational delivery.
You'll bring:
- Immediate availability - non negotiable
- Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner or HR Manager
- Strong organisational change and transformation experience
- Demonstrated experience leading restructures and workforce change programs
- Solid ER/IR expertise
- Experience interpreting modern awards, SCHADS is non-negotiable
- Previous experience within disability, community services, healthcare, aged care or a NDIS environment highly regarded
- The credibility and confidence to engage, influence and challenge executive stakeholders when required
- A pragmatic, personable and solutions-focused approach
