Experienced Bookkeeper/Office Manager required for a growing IT business based in South East Melbourne
Your new company
A growing IT company are looking for a talented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to take charge of their accounts & administration on a permanent, full time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established business with a great team, management & strategy. Located in the inner South East of Melbourne, you will be given ongoing flexible working arrangements with WFH days and the opportunity to grow the role into your own.

Your new role
Some of your key responsibilities & duties will include:
  • Full function accounts payable & receivable processing
  • Bank reconciliations, quarterly BAS & monthly PAYG
  • Payroll processing, inclusive of Super & payroll tax
  • Ordering of stock & pricing of goods
  • Dealing with Clients & suppliers
  • Ad-hoc Office Management duties
What you'll need to succeed
  • Experience with the above duties in a bookkeeping/office management role
  • Experience with payroll processing
  • Xero experience highly desirable
  • Exp in the IT industry / Strong IT knowledge
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organisation & time management skills
