About the RoleThis position will be responsible for the design, deployment, and support of secure SSL/TLS services across enterprise network and application environments, ensuring reliable certificate management, encryption, and compliance requirements are met.
Key Responsibilitiesโ Deploy and maintain SSL/TLS certificates across load balancers, firewalls, proxies, and web services
โ Configure SSL termination, SSL inspection/decryption, certificate authentication, and bridging services
โ Manage certificate lifecycle activities including CSR generation, renewals, replacements, and revocations
โ Troubleshoot certificate chains, cipher compatibility issues, handshake failures, and connectivity problems
โ Develop automation and monitoring solutions to prevent certificate expiry and configuration drift
โ Maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and security standards
โ Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to coordinate changes and resolve incidents
Skills & Experienceโ Strong enterprise networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls, and load balancing
โ Hands-on experience with PKI, certificates, TLS protocols, cipher suites, and key management
โ Experience with technologies such as Zscaler, Palo Alto, F5, Microsoft CA, or similar platforms
โ Exposure to scripting or automation using Python, PowerShell, APIs, or Ansible is highly desirable
โ Strong troubleshooting and communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
โ Certifications such as CCNP, PCNSE, or F5 are advantageous
โ Experience working in regulated or mission-critical environments is beneficial
