Your new role Multiple opportunities available for Claim Consultants to join a high performing Motor claims team located in the Mulgrave. In this position you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of claims, handling inbound customer queries, liaising with key stakeholders and processing claims in accordance to company polices. This position will require you to utilise your excellent communications and time management skills whilst providing a high level of customer service and display empathy to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Proactive management of claims life cycle in an efficient, fair and timely manner
- Apply knowledge of relevant legislation, guidelines, regulations and internal policy and procedures
- Maintain and support relationships with customers including, internal and external providers
- Identify potential fraud and maintain claims leakage through correct application of policy wording

- Excellent verbal and written communication; as well as exceptional customer service
- The capacity to efficiently manage your time and multitask
- Ability to take ownership of your work in a high-pressure environment
- Proven negotiations and relationship skills
