Working in our team you'll be mixing with some of the brightest minds while working on significant commercial projects - solving real world problems at some of the nation's most respected companies, using some of the most exciting and interesting data you wouldn't normally have access to.

Your Opportunity

KPMG is currently seeking leaders in the Strategy, Growth and Digital team, focusing on Data Infrastructure, Government and Health ("IGH") at a Manager level.
  • Grow and develop the IGH data portfolio within SGD through originating and delivering on complex, critical engagements
  • Lead project management activities such as project planning, fees and expense management, resource planning, status reporting and risk identification
  • Scoping and designing data projects and developing solutions using the latest data methods and technology to solve complex client challenges
  • Manage the execution of various project tasks including gathering data requirements, analysing data, documenting processes, designing solutions, and creating executive presentations
  • Develop and manage client relationships within the IGH industry, lead business development activities such as but not limited to identification, proposal development, other pursuit activities at clients and working with the appropriate KPMG resources from other service lines/industries

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

Qualifications:
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience gained in professional services or an internal data role
  • We are interested in two specialisations, either data analytics or data governance specialist
    • Data Analyst: Analysing and business consulting with data - data strategy, using relational databases (SQL), data workbench & visualisation tools for project delivery, applying business logic and interpreting results
    • Data Management Specialist: strong understanding of data management principles and how to apply them including knowledge of models such as DCAM, DMBOK, regulatory frameworks such as BCBS 239, CPG 235 and principles and practices of data quality, lineage, master / reference data management
  • Highly desirable is the ability to demonstrate experience in Infrastructure, Government or Health
