Your new role
Due to significant growth in the business, they require a Client Services Manager/Loans Processor to join their successful and close-knit team. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Reviewing loan applications and making sound credit assessment decisions in respect to pre-qualifications and verifications of documentation
  • Handling all incoming calls and enquiries
  • Plan and schedule client appointments where required
  • Escalating potential risks where identified
  • Regular communication with brokers in regards to timeline and service timeframes
  • Following up on leads where possible
  • Resolving loan enquiries and complaints
  • Data entry and processing
What you'll need to succeed
Due to the ongoing nature of this role, you must have Australian or New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency status. You are encouraged to apply for this role if you have the following:
  • Desirable to have experience assessing mortgage applications or ideally have worked with brokers or within mortgage lending
  • Proven communication skills
  • Demonstrated attention to detail
