Position Summary:

We're seeking a Lead Quality Engineer with strong communication skills, knowledge, and experience in Insurance Products to perform quality engineering activities and focus on the delivery of valuable outcomes and ensures alignment to client and customer needs.

Mandatory Skills:

• 10+ year of Experience in Automation Testing using tools such as Playwright, Selenium & UFT.

• Experience working with CI/CD using Jenkins.

• Experience working with programming languages such as Core Java or JavaScript.

• Experience working with GIT for version control.

• Experience with agile project management tools such as JIRA/Confluence or HP ALM.

• Experience with Test planning activities like defining testing scope, tools evaluation, test environment setup, defining entry exit criteria, resource management, task assignment, defect management and reporting.

• Experience working with API Automation tools such as Postman and SOAP UI.

• Experience with writing test cases in BDD/TDD.

• Experience with retail, corporate and wealth management domain.

• Experience in core banking.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Expertise in Understanding, Analyzing and Consulting Test Requirements, tracking changes and maintenance of Test Requirements including identifying the limitations of the product and customizations viable in line with the needs.

• Expertise in developing Automation framework using Hybrid, Data driven, keyword driven and functional driven methods.

• Expertise in proposal building and advising on strategies for evaluation of tools or software required for implementation or upgrades

• Ensuring all components provide quality and maintaining compliance with client processes and governing standards

• Lead different modules and interfaces and Skilled team member with proven ability to lead and motivate teams to maximize productivity

• Excellent experience in banking domain and systems including understanding of the entire client application landscape

• Excellent knowledge on file based and API Testing

• Execute SQL queries based on the requirements and fetch the data from data bases

• Review Test scenarios, cases prepared by team member's corresponding user stories and take to business review.

• Experience in creating Automated Test script and re-usable functions.

• Specialized in preparing scripts for GUI, Functionality Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including Regression testing for Web and Mobile Applications

• Working in AGILE methodology project and part of scrum calls on daily based. As a lead, explaining the defects & issues in scrum call to onsite with in detail

• Experienced in Defining and documenting the testing approach and overarching test strategy across multiple applications

• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Experience in creating user guides or end user documentation to enable the client front and back-office team on the new application

Salary Range: >$100,000
