About The Role
Role location: Docklands, Victoria

The Deposits Tribe are responsible for the end to end management of ANZ’s transaction and savings customers and products. As a Journey Expert, Chapter Lead (Product Management), you will work as part of a newly formed squad to deliver initiatives that improve the Deposit Tribe’s management of our AML/CTF risks and obligations (for example TTRs).. To do so, you will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders across the product value chain and customer journey to ensure that business, customer and regulatory impacts have been considered. You will adopt a well-managed approach to fixing issues and implement changes in a sustainable manner.
In your Chapter Lead capacity, you may also be a manager for Journey Experts who are part of other squads within the Tribe. As a Chapter Lead, you will be responsible for building and developing world class capabilities in your chapter members. You’ll be a role model for our ways of working and be passionate about coaching, mentoring and developing others to be the best versions of themselves

What you bring to the Deposits Tribe?
  • Existing functional experience or expertise in one or more of the following disciplines: Product Management, Business Analysis, Change Management, Implementation - preferably on Deposit products
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to inspire, mentor, coach and develop others
  • Experience and knowledge of Financial Crime risk desirable
  • Experience in delivery of complex initiatives
  • Stakeholder management skills, with strong influencing and relationship building ability.
  • A desire to contribute to the squad and collective success outcomes
