HR Business Partner opportunity with leadership responsibilities
Your new company
Your new organisation is a national retail company boasting a collection of iconic Australian brands with over 250 retail outlets and 2000 employees nationally. With a strong culture of hard work, collaboration and celebration at the heart of everything they do, an exciting opportunity to join their results-driven team has arisen for an experienced HR Business Partner Lead.

Your new role
Your new role will see you manage a small team of HR professionals in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for both the day-to-day HR operations, as well as developing the overall HR strategy in collaboration with key stakeholders. Key focuses will including true business partnering, team management and project management.

This position works closely with the wider HR team, including Talent, Capabilities and Training, and will sit as part of the HR Leadership Team.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position, you will have strong experience in Business Partnering positions, as well as having experience leading other HR professionals, with an ability to influence and support. You will work well in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, have strong communication skills, and be able to work with changing priorities. While HR processes are in place, you will have an ability to redevelop and implement new and updated processes to keep up with the changing environment.

What you'll get in return
In return, you'll have the opportunity to lead a team and have a real impact on strategic objectives through your position on the Leadership Team. You'll have the scope to redevelop and implement policies and processes to enhance the effectiveness of the wider HR team. Located in the bustling inner eastern suburbs of Melbourne, you'll also have the flexibility to work remotely. A salary of $120k-$130k + super is on offer for the right candidate.
