Utilise your strengths in people management and employee relations to build on your career long termReporting to the National Manager, the HR Business Partner provides business- focused,
strategic and operational HR advice and services for delivery on the People and Culture strategy.
The role will see you interpret People and Culture policies and employment legislation, advise on risk management, and coach and support managers in handling people management, industrial relations/employee relations and change processes.
Critical to the role is the consistent leadership of fair and just outcomes, particularly relating to people management and the application of standards, policies, procedures and legislative requirements.
This varied generalist role requires the incumbent to be able to build strong relationships with key stakeholders and be able to manoeuvre between strategic project work and operational activities such as: employee engagement, organisational structure and design, Employee Relations/Industrial Relations, performance management, recruitment-blue collar and white collar.
Undertake project and research work on employment related matters.
Provide accurate and timely advice on employee relations and industrial relations related matters to the business , including in relation to:
the interpretation and application of enterprise agreements;
workplace change and redundancy processes;
managing employee performance and misconduct;
