Permanent full-time opportunity for an experienced HR Analyst in this ASX-listed automotive company Your new company
Your new organisation is an ASX-listed market leader within the automotive industry. An exciting new opportunity has been established for an experienced HR Analyst to support the integration of information and cohesive reporting of the wider business. Your new role
Your new role will see you work with a range of different stakeholders to identify and extract information for reporting purposes. You will use a variety of systems to source data and work closely with the HR Director to develop and implement new reporting processes across the business.
This is a newly created, temporary-to-permanent role where you will have the opportunity to work closely with a highly successful HR Director in an ASX-listed company. What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in this position, you must have experienced as a HR analyst previously, ideally working in complex organisational structures pulling information from multiple sources. You will be computer savvy and have advanced excel skills. BI operating experience will be looked on favourably but is not essential. Above all, you will be able to work well with people and communicate with stakeholders at all levels. What you'll get in return
