Executive Assistant
Amazing, values driven Not for Profit based just North of Melbourne CBD is looking for an Executive Assistant.
Your new company
A values driven Not for Profit that helps disadvantaged groups of marginalised individuals across Melbourne. They have many remarkable programs that provide meaningful and needed changes in the systemic issues people in our society face on a daily basis.

Your new role
You will be the executive assistant giving full support to the board and executive team. Your duties will include:
  • Plan, organise, coordinate and support execution of management meetings, organisational meetings, events, and similar activities
  • Manage diaries, travel, emails, board support and expenditures
  • Manage all travel including researching current regulations and handling all compliance requirements
  • Manage the preparation, formatting and distribution of agenda, board papers and minutes for board meetings, sub-committee meetings, executive team meeting, staff meetings and various other meetings
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communication and queries
  • Adhoc duties as is required
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant must have:
Minimum 1 year plus experience supporting senior management
Advanced skills in administration and computer literacy (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint essential)
High level writing skills, including editing/proof reading and succinct minute taking
Effective time management strategies and ability to prioritise a pressured workload
Excellent interpersonal skills and sensitivity to confidential matters
