The role A contract opportunity through until 30th June 2025, this role will sit within the Digital Engagement team, a talented group with extensive experience delivering digital experiences on desktop and mobile (including the UniSuper app)
You will deliver digital features for our Member Online Portal (MOL) that align to member's and UniSuper's needs. You will create a clear and convince vision that can guide the scrum teams and align all stakeholders towards the common goal.
Included in this journey you will also
- Operationalise the digital strategy by converting goals into individual digital initiatives.
- Identify and prioritise ideas that drive the greatest commercial outcomes
- Lead digital opportunities through a process to ensure they are feasible, viable and desirable
- Develop Lean Business Cases that clearly define the business value
- Support go-live activities by conducting user acceptance testing and endorsing release activities
About you Relevant work experience as a Digital Product Owner, you will have the confidence and ability to engage with multiple stakeholders in order to meet and set their expectations. Experience delivering digital change using both agile and waterfall methodologies is also critical along with
- Prior experience within superannuation or finance, and/or ecommerce would be an advantage
- A high degree of competence using google analytics to gain insights
- Being a self-starter, a logical thinker, and a quick learner, with strong initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
