Customer Services/Sales Administrator | Technology Company | Growing Company | Career Progression
Your new company
Based in South Melbourne, this company provide IT support to small, medium and corporate businesses in a wide range of industry sectors . Due to an internal promotion they are currently seeking a personable, experienced Administration Assistant to assist their team on a fulltime, permanent basis.

Your new role
  • Daily and weekly reporting
  • Dealing with customer enquiries over the phone and face to face
  • Work alongside stakeholders to create new marketing initiatives
  • Quoting and invoicing using Xero
  • Provide support to the Sales executives and management
  • General office administration duties
  • Organising courier services, events and team meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Prior experience in a similar Administration position
  • Detail orientated with a high attention to detail
  • Exceptional communication with a warm yet confident demeanour
  • Proficient within the Microsoft Office Suite
