The Opportunity:
We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Client Services Manager to join our high performing National SME Team. In this role, the Client Services Manager will ensure communication of Aon strategy, adoption of our digital systems and platforms in achieving team goals and individual KPIs. They will support the development and training of colleagues and ensure quality standards are met, all whilst creating a supportive and positive culture. A key focus of this role will be in working to lead the team to success, with a real focus on improving client advocacy
This role offers the ability to work remotely across VIC, SA or WA.
Key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing leadership and motivation to staff, driving a positive and high achieving culture
  • Achieving team retention targets for allocated client groups
  • Driving new business initiatives and growth strategies across your client servicing team
  • Ensuring all client needs are identified and met by taking a pro-active approach to all aspects of a service delivery and account retention through the adoption and utilisation of our digital systems and platforms
  • Collaborating with various Aon team / business leaders regarding best practice and product delivery
  • Providing technical support to the team, training on products, and assist with the development of new products, systems and processes where applicable
About You:
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Client Services/Sales mentality and ability to make a connection with clients (Sales)
  • Insurance industry experience
  • Tier 1 Qualification
  • Experience in building retention & growth
  • Be a strong people leader
  • Analyze information and data, to find opportunities and prioritize
