Agile Project Manager

You will be working with the People Home Program, a team of professionals dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to the organization's HR needs. The team is made up of a PM, Change Analyst, and BA, and is looking for an Agile PM to join them.
Your new role
As an Agile Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the HR implementation experience, specifically in payroll. This is a 12-month contract with the option to extend to 2 years. You will be required to work in the office for a minimum of 2 days per week.

• Developing project plans and timelines
• Managing project resources
• Ensuring project deliverables are met
• Providing regular project updates to stakeholders
• Identifying and mitigating project risks

What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you will have experience in HRIS and knowledge of technical implementation. You will also have experience in Agile methodologies and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management
• Experience managing HRIS projects
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A relevant degree or certification
