Join our collaborative team in Gympie! We're seeking an experienced, motivated, flexible, and positive individual who takes initiative.

Please note: This is a fixed term contract role until June 30th, 2025 with a view to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

What will your typical week look like?

• Ensure timely completion of all client related tasks in their local office or designated region, meeting internal and external service standards
• Managing the Front of House and greeting clients
• Liaising with clients, booking appointments, assisting with queries etc
• Provide general support to the Client Services team including file creation and management, database entry and management
• Reception cover
• Assist with ad-hoc administrative tasks such as printing, filing, and scanning
• Maintain a positive and proactive attitude, working collaboratively with team members to achieve shared goals.

You are someone with.....

• Previous experience with an accounting firm or professional services firm is highly desirable, but not essential
• Demonstrated experience in client services or a similar customer-focused role
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to multitask and adapt to change
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in dealing with clients and stakeholders;
• Team player with a positive attitude, willingness to learn and develop, and able to collaborate effectively with others.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel
