Hays have partnered with the Gold Coast's leading full-service brand and digital agency, who specialise in strategy, branding, creative and web development. Working with some massive well-known brands, they are looking for a Frontend Developer to join their highly experienced and award-winning team.
Your new role
As the Frontend Developer, you would have previously worked in an agency-side role with experience successfully building websites from start to finish. You will be working on a variety of projects for very exciting clients in the advertising space.
Responsibilities:
- Developing Ecommerce websites
- Updating content and creating HTML-based single page templates
- Testing websites
- Producing cross-browser, responsive and optimised code
- Review website or web application requirements and interface designs
- Identify web-based user interactions
- Troubleshoot interface software and debug application codes
- Monitor and improve frontend performance
To succeed in the role of Frontend Developer, you will have the following skill set:
- JavaScript, React, HTML, CSS
- Frontend technologies such as jQuery, Bootstrap
- WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce
- Mobile/Responsive UI development
- Understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Experience with Git and GitLab for DevOps
- CMS Development and updates
- E-COMMERCE experience is a MUST HAVE
- You MUST be based in Australia and have full working rights to apply for this position.
