Our client is seeking an experienced and successful Financial Controller to join their team on the Gold Coast.
Your new company

They require a Financial Controller to lead accounting and related functions, by providing financial management, accounting, and reporting services across the organisation. The Financial Controller is accountable for the accounting operations of the company, leading the businesses success. Our client strives to continuously grown and improve while creating a culture of connection and inclusion.

Your new role
Reporting to the Managing Director Australia and the global Chief Financial Officer, you will be required to lead the production of financial reports, maintain of an adequate system of accounting records, and a comprehensive set of controls and budgets designed to mitigate risk, enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results, and ensure that reported results comply with generally accepted accounting principles and/or international financial reporting standards.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have a proven track record of success in a similar position implementing management initiatives that drive the strategic direction of the business. You will have well-developed verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, CPA and Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business administration. Additionally, highly developed analytical skills, with the ability to implement new and efficient business solutions is required.
