A rare opportunity for an experienced legal secretary to join a boutique firm based in Canberra CBD.

This reputable law firm is based in Canberra CBD. A rare opportunity has arisen for a Legal Secretary to join their close-knit team on a permanent basis.

Your new role
You will be responsible for supporting the Senior Property Lawyer including:

Document preparation and correspondence
Preparing briefs
File management
Dictation
Liaising with clients and stakeholders
General administrative tasks to support the property team.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful you will have:

Previous and current experience as a legal secretary - property and conveyancing experience essential

Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal

High attention to detail

Excellent work ethic with the willingness to go above and beyond

The ability to work well within a team and autonomously
