Your new role

Hays Technology are growing our national footprint and investing heavily in the expansion of our Queensland businesses. To achieve our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for an individual who is passionate about providing an outstanding level of service to candidates. This role will be based in our Brisbane CBD office at One One One Eagle Street.

As a Senior Recruitment Partner, you will be responsible for candidate engagement, sourcing and management. You will find candidates via an established, fully integrated candidate database, as well as sourcing from a variety of avenues including LinkedIn, Job Boards, network groups and exclusive tools such as Stackoverflow.

Your typical tasks and duties will include:
  • Find & engage candidates for live roles as well as potential future moves
  • Reviewing, screening & processing online applications
  • Conducting phone screening, internal interviews and reference checks
  • Working with our Client Engagement Managers to shortlist and submit profiles to hiring managers
  • Conducting aftercare calls & visits with our existing contractor community
What you'll need to succeed

To be successful as a Senior Recruitment Partner with our Technology team, you will be able to demonstrate:
  • Previous experience as a Recruitment Resourcer or Consultant (180 or 360 model, or Internal)
  • Previous experience utilising a variety of sourcing methods such as databases, LinkedIn, Job Boards, network groups and industry platforms
  • Strong time management and the ability to prioritise tasks with differing deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Creative and flexible mindset, with out of the box thinking to deliver results
  • An interest in learning and developing your knowledge of the Technology industry
Previous recruitment experience within the Technology space and/or Brisbane market will be highly regarded.
